• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot's systems or data.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Bot's functionality.

Cly Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Bot; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Bot; (iii) any content obtained from the Bot; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Bot after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
